I have been a member at the YMCA since 2023. Sadly it seems to be deteriorating. I love the pool and the swimming lessons. The lifeguards and instructors are great. The staff at the front desk are also professional and great to deal with. However, what gets me are the Band-Aid solutions to problems. The steam room blows steam for 10 out of 30 minutes and then hot air. It is down every few weeks They need a proper boiler maker in there to get things working.
