Wow! As a senior on a fixed income, I was devasted when it appeared I had a transmission problem. My local shop, after hearing what I had experienced with my car, suggested I have it towed to a transmission shop. Great service!
I've debated whether or not to leave a review about Ian. He was kind, however he started to treat us like a nuisance when there was more work involved with my waranty. Our vehicle sat on his lot for almost 3 weeks before we made the call to move it to a different shop. I can't say how good his work is or not, he may be good but he has no sense of urgency. There was a big lack of communication and commitment.
