Went to purchase John Deere toys for my grandson last week . While I was browsing I could hear the tall fella who sits in the corner next to the window was mocking and imitating a customer that had just left . Also he was swearing too . Shocking and unprofessional behaviour. I was put off by this and left without buying anything. Hope management take notice.
Tried call and were obviously busy, but Ben called back about 10min later which was so great, answered all our questions, so we called in on our way home to Launceston and purchased everything we needed. Ben was so great, knowledgeable and helpful we were extremely satisfied with the service we got from him.
