I was extremely impressed with the service we received today at Toyota. Our 2 yr old Rav required a new hybrid high voltage wire. The service manager made it happen for us. We are leaving tomorrow for a road trip to Thunder Bay, in this vehicle. A shout out to the tech who stayed late last night to make sure we could go on our road trip.
Bought my 2026 CHR ev from here. Martin is an amazing salesman , he arranged everything from test drive to delivery so smoothly. Overall I highly recommend this dealership.
My elderly mom brought her car in. The car sat for 8 days before they looked at it. I went with her to get the car and it was a simple battery replacement... Which took eight days??? Then they kindly charged her $400 for a battery. Unfortunately exactly what what one would anticipate... Inflated costs for profit at the expense of elderly people on fixed incomes. Not a dealership that I would ever deal with.
Martin made the experience of buying my 2026 RAV4 XLE a great one. The easiest buying process I’ve ever had. And Melissa was also great to deal with in the finance department. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Martin.
All the staff are nice and friendly. Their cars are great, I just got an hybrid car and it is so comfortable and it has everything we were looking for in a car.
