I debated about leaving a review for this title company or not. After reading John Espinosa’s review I decided I needed to let folks know we had a nearly identical experience. We received the cd the day before closing and wired all money to the title company. That evening our realtor (who does NOT work for Modern Reality) called us to inform us the title officer sent the document too soon and now we had to make up the difference for summer taxes. I will not be using this company again. Prior to closing, I wired the exact amount that I was instructed to pay. On the day of closing, I received an email stating that the amount was incorrect. After contacting my real estate agent, I was informed that the title company had made an error in their calculations. I immediately sent a second wire for the remaining balance.
