Excellent service. We had great communication and support from Sara in arranging the appointments and understanding our needs. Dave, who did the work, was professional, helpful and provided an excellent level of care and service for our heating and boiler. Highly recommend this company.
Some engineers working on gas appliances are not gas safety registered & they are also very rude, they called my 4 year old daughter ugly when they thought we couldn’t hear. Disgusting behaviour
Fantastic service from Sara & the team engineers who fitted tank did a great job would highly recommend
Called an old woman a sl*g. Train your staff better. I just witnessed an incident whilst in traffic of a lad getting out of her car to record one of your vans for aggressive driving after having been apparently cut up. This woman was relentlessly abused by the man, who tore off the front plate so it could not be filmed. He called her the above as well as relentlessly swearing and being very very aggressive, to the point where I thought he could become physical. I’ll be emailing you with photos of the man in question.
