What an absolute nightmare this place has been. I was referred through my pcp for bariatric surgery and from the start I’ve had to chase every single person down to get help. Starting with my referral. Anytime I’ve gotten a referral in the past, the office that received the referral would reach out to me. I waited 3 weeks and after not hearing anything reached out myself. The doctor's are great, five stars. Other staff not so much. Made an appointment to get a second opinion. The secretary Marisol canceled it. No wonder patients go to Lubbock for medical care. I can’t believe that certain people are keeping others from good healthcare.
Don't come!! Money scheme.
Dr. Musunuru is the best!! So sweet and passionate about her profession. I have tattoos and was not concerned with them. She removed my masses, and there is no evidence to me that anything happened. She amazing!! She's careful and precise. Thank you!! I rate her a solid 10!! Lisa Easley Link
Dr. Bassett was very kind and informative at our first appointment. I scheduled the surgery. To have gallbladder removed. Went to the surgery center. Which that place was not a place I cared for, Dr Bassett pretty much just stuck head in the door and walked out, then after surgery he didn’t even talk to me or my husband much. Less than one min and the discharge nurse was rude, didn’t even try to help me out of bed, I had really bad pain on my side, went for the follow up and Dr Bassett once again acted like he might care.
