This bank is probably one of the worst ones. I've ever used. They charge you after 48 hours of being negative. Whether it's a dollar or a 100, they charge you $36 every 5 days. According to them, I was $15 in the hole, and now I'm $329 in the hole a month later. Actually, 3 weeks later, worst bank ever. Do not use midland states bank. And the customer service is horrible. The tellers are very polite and always greet my children if they know I have them with me. They are all very helpful and fast to get you on your way. The only downside is the mobile app. It is down right awful and seldom ever works. I live out of town so I use to love to utilize it when it was working but now I have to make a trip to get whatever I need done. I may have to switch banks out of convenience.
Such a shame the people who work at this location are rude. Love the bank,don't love the people so much. After the way I got treated yesterday (8-17-2021) I will be closing my account and going else where.
