They did the same thing to me. I spent from 6am to 1:35 talked to 5 different representative. I dispute the withdraw with my bank. They wanted proved that they took the money amd they told me they have it They want a statement from my bank saying they would not dispute the money. What the heck!!! Awful bank glad my mortgage loan was sold to loancare.

On October 2nd I called in to make a mortgage payment. About a two weeks later it was brought to my attention that the one payment was taken out twice. With my payment being about $1,300 this has put me out money to pay my other bills and I am now late on those - on top of daily over-draft fees.
