If you are buying any echo equipment anywhere but here you are missing out on a few things. First off Ray is a specialist and the last of a dying breed. If you miss old fashioned customer service stop by and see them. I promise you won’t regret it. Is it a few bucks more than big boxes store ….. maybe but he guarantees his work , ask big box store if they do that and you will be laughed out the door. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Was told Briggs Stratton flat head engine is not a good engine. He also mentioned the he wasn't a vendor for Briggs. Charged me over $160.00 to tell me that he couldn't work on my mower.
