Where has customer service gone! Never have I gone to get my car serviced and felt like I was the problem and not the car. Even though a place can be so busy just to do a quick call to update you or even say the car is not going to be ready on time would help
4.5 Months to fix my faulty aircon. The process here is just a joke the whole way along. I first bought my car in December due to a faulty aircon, was told 4 week wait for parts... fine. Called them 5 weeks in parts not here, 6 weeks in not here, 7 weeks in not here and when i complained the receptionist check the stores and magically on the shelf for 2 weeks were my parts. I am very impressed with the service provided by the Midland City service centre and their staff, where I had my Kia Cerato serviced this week. The car was returned on time, beautifully cleaned and having had all the required work skillfully and thoroughly completed. I found the staff to be highly competant, professional and courteous.
