I applied for a QA position and was contacted by Sarah to set up an interview, I replied but heard nothing back. I sent three more emails over one week and still no response. Finally, I was contacted by Sarah and she apologized that nobody contacted me since she was out on leave. We set up an interview time on a Tuesday for 4:15 pm, she called me at 4:38 pm, her excuse was that she moved to a different time zone. I have the emails to prove all of this. Not a good way to attract new talent.
They didn't respond to my initial email, and were subsequently rude on the phone. They promised a follow-up email with the information I requested and never followed through. I'm new to the area I guess you can get away with this type of unprofessional behavior in Omaha.
