Best place for therapy and testing ever. Billing staff is extremely helpful and explained the insurance process thoroughly. They answered all my questions and even helped me with an easy payment plan for my balance.
I don’t recommend going here at all. I was told they accepted my insurance so I started going. I was getting what I needed but when it came to getting a certain test done they told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I was also denied a certain medication. I called my insurance company and all this doctors office needed to do was send in a PA. I called and talked to Lexi at the front desk. She was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care about anything. I personally love it here it , both therapist and psychiatrist are amazing. The front desk has super nice people that work there. If you explain your situation billing wise , like I currently am actively still looking for work at this moment. I’ve had a couple bills BEFORE insurance with them. My mom has had two insurances cause of her work , then I had to get Medicaid. All three insurances I would have to tell them the second I knew it changed or else it wouldn’t bill properly, But they have figured it out every single time... read more
If you can find a better counseling service that works with your insurance, please go there. This place certainly isn't it. To clarify, the counseling isn't bad. It's the front desk and billing department. They're THAT bad. Two times in a row, I've had to talk with the billing manager, who needed to be contacted both times when the person hired to do billing didn't do her job correctly. It's like you have to hit the "on" switch. Shouldn't the billing manager be doing some oversight on a daily basis if that's their job? The f... read more
