Thanks to Mia for the incredible support and comprehensive treatment plan. I honestly thought I'd never have good knee health again but Mia has worked magic on correcting multiple issues. From barely being able to bend at the knees, I can now tackle lunges, stairs and squats. I feel like Mia's physio plan has given me quality of life back.
