Absolutely the best customer service!! My teens weren't happy with their sibling and individual school photos this year, so I contacted the Anna at Midland Photographers who was very understanding and empathetic towards the situation. She went above and beyond to rectify it, offering to not only replace the photos, but also let us come back in to have their photos reshot in their studio.
