We loved our experience with Dr.Austin Gray & his team! Great bedside manner! The services that my teenager received from Dr Gray was excellent. Dr. Gray and the staff were friendly and ensured that we were properly informed about our daughter’s wisdom teeth, procedure and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends. Great team!!
My initial consultation with Dr gray and staff was definitely a memorable one. When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk ladies. They did a good job getting me ready for my appointment. After meeting and talking with Dr. Gray, I was confident everything was going to go on without any issues. He explained to me the entire process that was going to occur during my wisdom tooth extraction in detail, answering many of my questions before I asked them. They were amazing to me! Dr Gray was very gentle, thorough with me. Was super quick and little to no pain! Even a follow up call once I’ve made it home. Highly recommend!
My coworker recommended this dentist to me. She spoke highly of the staff and I can confirm they are extremely nice especially Cassandra she was so sweet and caring. I have some health issues and the Dentist confirmed with my Doctor what I was and not allowed to take during and after my surgery. (I had 2 wisdom teeth taken out). I had some issues with my insurance and confirming wether they are in my network which they are and they cover 80%. Dr Gray called me and we spoke about my insurance.
