Was on hold for over 30 minutes with my Grandfather sitting with me, he needed help with one of his accounts as he has very poor hearing. A lady answered the phone and asked what we needed help with. I have been trying to get a loan out of my policy and was supposed to be wired since the 10th of December we are now on the 23rd and nothing. I requested the funds to be expedited since I was having a medical procedure, I had to reschedule it!! I hope that my beneficiaries won’t have to wait this long to get the death benefit. I keep on calling every day and every day is something different!! So so upset!!
Very hard to get ahold of
I called the wrong life insurance company at first which was them. Ashley answered all my questions about general life insurance and directly me to the right place. I was disappointed that it wasn’t midland my uncle was using because they were super nice and kind on the phone. ignore the bad reviews midland life insurance was very helpful for me
Our agent is great but my husband passed away 3 months ago and getting the claim for death benefits has been a stressful mess. The department that handles death benefits has had us submit and resubmit forms several times and still say they have not received what they need. We have faxed forms and emailed and still they can’t find everything we have sent to get this settled.
