They make it incredibly difficult for you to withdraw your own money. It took a whole work day for me to help figure out things for my mom.
I had a account for 14 years when I asked for surrender on 16000 besides surrender charge I got charged a adjustment/guarantees charge of $494.00 no paper work to back this charge they said.it was verbal. I highly recommend for anyone who has a account with this company beware of hidden costs
Was on hold for over 30 minutes with my Grandfather sitting with me, he needed help with one of his accounts as he has very poor hearing. A lady answered the phone and asked what we needed help with. He answered, the other end went silent for a good 3 minutes, I assumed she was getting the information for him. We were then hung up on. I have been trying to get a loan out of my policy and was supposed to be wired since the 10th of December we are now on the 23rd and nothing. I requested the funds to be expedited since I was having a medical procedure, I had to reschedule it!! I hope that my beneficiaries won’t have to wait this long to get the death benefit. I keep on calling every day and every day is something different!! So so upset!!
