Disappointed and Disrespected I was interested in purchasing a vehicle (2012 GMC Acadia) and called to ask a few basic questions about the mileage and condition. Instead of receiving helpful information, I was told I was asking “stupid questions” simply because the engine had been replaced. As someone who isn’t an expert in cars, I felt dismissed and disrespected. One star is even to much for this dealership there cars are junk there customer service is terrible the don't care about people all they care about is padding there pockets they sale death traps for what they call vehicles
I just got off the phone with them asking about a vehicle they had....very rude when I asked if I could test drive it he got very defensive and kept asking me if I had the money... lost my business before even going up there...that's crazy.
