If I could, I would rate this Zero stars. No grass seed, lots of mishaps. Tractor didn't have brakes and about went in the hole! Not to mention, bad business ethics. Tried to sell us a plot. While we were paying for my Father-in-law's expenses. The manager was the one we dealt with.
