My care at the facility has deteriorated over the past 3 years. I liked the convenience. It ends there. The follow up to tests is lacking. This has become a walk in type care. I would not recommend

I receive a call for a job interview. Then I'm told that the Hiring Manager is out of the office and unsure when she will return. When I write a follow up email three weeks later, inquiring about the position I am told by H.R. that they have moved on. Just because I wrote a follow up inquiry. Stay away, unprofessional and rude.

The medical providers and clinical staff here are great, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Unfortunately, the front desk experience is very disappointing. They won’t schedule an appointment until you complete a lengthy set of paperwork. I’m happy to fill out the necessary forms before I arrive, but refusing to book an appointment beforehand is unnecessarily rigid. This place has turned into the absolute worst health facility I have ever been to. I was a patient for over 8 years with Dr Kaplan. Upon his retirement, I attempted to continue with this practice. I had an appointment scheduled in the end of May, in which I showed up early, sat there for an hour and was never seen by a doctor. I was advised that the doctor had 2 other patients that had concerns and needed to be seen further by the doctor before I can go in.
