The products look great, the upper management and service they offer are terrible. I’ve had management from Midland fabricate a story about a mysterious extra fee they made up, refuse to answer my calls when I tried disputing it, and then take me to collections when I refused to pay it. Also when doing my counter top install which included moving a 600 lb slab of granite, Midland only sent 2 men to do that job and I, the buyer was asked to step in and help with install. Terrible management

Robyn was very helpful in identifying existing tile and granite to use in our kitchen addition. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly.
