absolutely piss poor at best. Waited 2 MONTHS to have a tub repaired, when they decided to do it, they ripped out the entire bathroom, and told us itd be a few days. Fast forward a week, door molding is missing, every single gap in the dry wall/trim/walls etc is filled with caulk instead of wall and joint compound. you can see into the basement where the heat lines come through the floor, and it still isnt painted. Mold in the bathroom. They say spay it with bleach. Definitely something I want to expose my 10,5, and 2 year old sons ever single day. Had my bath tub knobs replaced because the water wouldn’t turn off no matter how hard I turn the knobs, STILL LEAKS! Requested the bathroom window be fixed because the track came out of the wall, STILL BROKEN! Office managers change monthly and NO ONE knows why I owe $544 in “court fees” even though I’m current on rent. I have the receipts to back me up as well.

I have black mold in my bathroom ceiling for over a month now in Meadow Farm Property in North Chili. Talked with maintenance and they told me to "spray bleach". Talked with management to get out of the lease ONE MONTH EARLY and they can keep the Security Deposit. They wanted the money plus the security deposit. I'm paying the extra month but retaining the apartment key and claiming my Security Deposit. Awful service!

Employees are quite prejudiced. Had one tell me, "Idk how long it's gonna take black people to get their shit together and stop pointing fingers at others for their lack of motivation." You don't speak for the entire black race, buddy.

We've lived here for 3 years. In that time matience has Broken , then fixed out toilet, Replaced our dishwasher only to botch up installing the replacments, then tried to pass off an obviously fucked Refrigerator as "Working just fine" I reccomend you fire your current matience crew and bring in people who KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY'RE DOING!

I live in Camelot Square Apartments, managed by Midland...maintenance is horrible. There was a strong cat urine odor in one of the rooms before we moved in. The week we moved in they had someone clean it but it didn't help. The odor is still very strong. We've been here more than a year and have asked them at least 5-6 times to help us as not only should they be cleaning this up for us but it's also a health issue with the ammonia....but they just don't do anything about it.
