The staff and building management here are super friendly and personable. Chase, the building manager has always went above and beyond for me. He had ordered me an uber and let me use his personal cell to contact friends and family when I had lost my phone. Not only him, but Hunter - the midland lofts maintenance manager, has even jumped my car a time or two when I was in need to get to work. All together, the staff is what makes me feel at home at the Midland Lofts. You always know there's always someone who has your back!!

Cordish would rather save money than ensure residents safety. This is the Cordish red headed step child. On top of already having packages and deliveries left outside and stolen, we consistently have drunk and homeless people piggy back and enter. I’ve personally had three break in attempts in my unit and decor stolen from my door by non-residents. Now “budget cuts” which only affect Midland residents have reduced desk staff hours so we don’t have overnight security to protect women like me who work overnights. This expectat... read more

Took off work early for a tour, paid for event priced parking (because no one would answer the phones to tell me where “future resident parking” was located), and wasted 20 minutes standing in an empty lobby. No one ever came to greet me for a tour that was confirmed just hours before. I called multiple times and could hear the phone ringing in the office, but there was no one to be found. Happy I discovered the incompetence before deciding to move here.
