I moved to Kansas City for my job and LOVE living at Midland Lofts. The location is perfect and there is so much I can do without having to get into my car and drive. My studio apartment is designed well and comfortable in size. It even has a washer/dryer unit. There are so many other conveniences such as a gym, larger laundry units, multiple areas to work/study, and a very relaxing lounge and kitchen area on the main floor. The staff are amazing and truly make Midland Lofts my home away from home.

Genuinely the best leasing staff of any building I’ve ever lived in. I have almost daily interactions with Melanie or Chase, as well as the friendly security staff, who all care so personally about each resident. Everything is run so smoothly, and there is such a great sense of community among the residents as well.
