Hands down a problematic practice at best. Completely missed tooth issues that resulted in more serious issues that could have been resolved sooner with less severe treatments. Multiple visits occurred without the actual dentist showing up to check the patient which seems to me to be alleged insurance fraud and failure of care. Single appointment is a comical response given my child was seen by this office every six months since she got teeth in 2020. So yet another lie. This is not a fraud review. Midland Kids Dentist got our newborn in quickly to look at a tongue/lip tie and scheduled the procedure for the next day. The staff were very nice and the office had a good atmosphere.
