As the owner of the property that was being renovated, I confirm that Midland Home Builders was not responsible for any debris or mess around the property. Those issues resulted from work I performed on my own, outside of their contracted scope. They're are redoing a house next to mine. They dont clean up after themselves, they dont order dumpsters, they get debris all over and work on Sundays. Dont do business with these people if you want an eyesore for your neighbors
