We’ve lived here for a year and half now. I have to say their quality of communication and maintenance is awful. When we first moved in our apartment was getting a few small renos. We arrived on our move in date and the place wasn’t cleaned. They couldn’t get the cleaner in for 4 more days so they gave us $200 off our rent which was $1100 plus $100 for water/sewage/trash. A family member moved here in 2025 n the rent is VERY reasonable n includes water/sewage n garbage. The utilities aren't included but it's much easier to afford since the rent isn't outrageous! It's newly remodeled n the appliances are new too! There's a small shed included in alot of them which is great for a little extra storage! The new owner lies
I am sorry to say that I have become disillusioned in this place. I grew up on Midland Heights. I have nothing except happy memories of living here as an infant, toddler, clear up to the year I graduated from high school. Unfortunately, in the past 5-10 years the place has changed drastically I guess it is a combination of the management, the physical changes that have been made and even more so, the changes that were not made. There are now more empty apts there, than rented ones.
