Until the apartments changed management, it was decent. Professionals were called in for repairs, remodeling, etc. Once management changed, everything went downhill. Manager wants to act as his own contractor, for which he's not qualified. Plumbing, electrical, drywall all done by him and his son, and done poorly.

Phone doesn't work, but the clerk was really friendly!
This place is falling apart. Tenants do not stay there long, due being small apartment units and just plain disgusting.
