Very professional, prompt & courteous.
Dr Johns is excellent at explaining things. I just had my 6 month checkup for hearing aids. He took his time explaining everything. Dr John’s adjusted the hearing aids to my satisfaction. He is a wonderful doctor and his staff is personable and professional.

And may I respond or say Dr John is a excellent audiologist he gets straight to the point and he make sure all your needs and your expectations are met I just left there today February 19th 2025 and it was a good and excellent experience like he made sure all my expectations was met
