Very warm atmosphere. Very professional inviting surrounding. Was kind of nervous didn’t know what to expect. Once paperwork was filled out. The receptionist assured me that I was in good hands once back there the doctor explained everything treated me as a person and not a number as I was leaving the receptionist state wasn’t that bad was it as if she could tell, I was nervous! Again here they treat you as people not as numbers highly recommend A+ service
It was an awesome experience and the doctor. The audiologist listened to what I talk to him about and he just tested my ears and came up with the results and he just confirmed that my hearing is not the best so I’m very thankful and I do appreciate everything.
The young lady that answered the phone from beginning to end was extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing during the hearing test, gave information on websites for me to look up further information for myself.
