As someone struggling I was referred by my doctor to this place while I didn’t mind waiting a month for my appointment when it came to the day before the scheduled appointment it was cancelled so we rescheduled for two days later just for it to be cancelled again 3 hours before my appointment. I now have to wait another month to even be given available times to book once again. Extremely frustrating like what’s even the point in getting help these days in Australia.
