I had previously reviewed after having received damaged filters. I was contacted by Emily Robinson from Midland and informed that she could find no record of my having called in. She immediately worked with me to resolve the problem and send out a replacement order. I usually don't chase after problems after the first call, companies normally lose mine and my friends business, as a response to problems. This company is the epitome of incompetence and completely lacks any semblance of customer service. In addition, the website only offers an email address for customer service and no phone number. Like many others I had multiple issues with an online order. First of all, the items I ordered were supposed to ship the next day. I didn't receive any communication for almost a week when I got an email stating that one of the items I ordered was backordered and the whole order would ship weeks later. Horrific customer service, and they will steal your money. Avoid at all costs! I ordered a dozen or so plumbing fittings for a project I needed to finish quickly. Only two of them showed up on time. I called and emailed a few times to no avail, so I bought the fittings from Home Depot. Then, the complete order showed up a couple days later. Again, called and emailed several times before finally getting a shipping label to send it all back. Then they refused to refund the full amount! I tried ordering a hamster cage that I then decided I wanted to cancel my order. On the order form it specifically says that once the order is processed you may not cancel your order and that you would receive an email from the company when your order had been processed. I did not receive this email and found a larger cage for my soon to be new friend, and I tried cancelling my order. Such a terrible experience. What I received and what wax in the picture were not the same things and the description wasn't clear. They weren't going to refund my money, then they decided they would. Except I would have to eat the original shipping and eat a 20% restocking fee plus pay to ship it back. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and was able to get my money back through them. Terrible, terrible place to work with! They still haven't updated their website after me bringing up issues.
