Wow! Mark at Midland Glass is my hero! The spring on my garage door failed, and caused some associated damage to the mounting point. Another local company advised I would need to replace the entire door. When I talked to Midland Glass, I had everything repaired for a very fair price within a couple of hours from the initial phone call. Nathan did an amazing Job with our glass door install. It's beautiful. It came on time and he reached out to scheduled install quickly. He is honest in everything he told us about the shower door and what his recommendation's were. He gave us options and time to decide. I would 100% recommend Midland Glass and will use them in the future.
Started to contact this company in April to get someone sent out to measure my glass for replacement. It took until mid/late May to get anyone to come out. The technicians were knowledgeable and super helpful as they measured and made suggestions of which service and glass to request. It is now July and after literal months of calling asking for a quote to be sent, I have yet to receive it. The woman that answered the phone to take a message was very rude, uncooperative, and then hung up on me!!!
Our newly installed shower door leaks quite a bit. Although I'm not sure if it's from poor shower door design or poor installation.
