Brandon from the Midland Ford Service Center has been great to work with. I have had several opportunities to have my vehicles repaired through Brandon and he has always been great. He has been very responsive and helpful. Brandon and the team have made my vehicle troubles less troublesome. Brandon is an asset to the Midland Ford Service Center. He has a great attitude for customer service.

Normally wouldn’t bother filling out a review but I took my maverick in for some warranty work, a tire replacement also under warranty, and a recall item. They tried to charge me $400 just to look for the warranty work so I declined. They put a patch in my tire and didn’t even bother to put the spare tire back where it belongs. Just tossed it in the bed where it crushed a tackle box. When I picked up the truck there’s at least 4 people standing behind the reception chatting. They do a pretty good job. My wife went in for new battery/oil change/rotate. Failed to put on battery cover. I have a loose wire with a clip sitting on top of engine and don’t know where it goes. Service very friendly. They do a good job 90% of the time which is better than most these days.
