Normally wouldn’t bother filling out a review but I took my maverick in for some warranty work, a tire replacement also under warranty, and a recall item. They tried to charge me $400 just to look for the warranty work so I declined. They put a patch in my tire and didn’t even bother to put the spare tire back where it belongs. Just tossed it in the bed where it crushed a tackle box. When I picked up the truck there’s at least 4 people standing behind the reception chatting. They do a pretty good job. My wife went in for new battery/oil change/rotate. Failed to put on battery cover. I have a loose wire with a clip sitting on top of engine and don’t know where it goes. Service very friendly. They do a good job 90% of the time which is better than most these days.
Midland Ford has always been my go to. The employees are amazing and they make sure you are taken care of.
