Love the Midland Ford Quick Lane! Service Advisors and Mechanics very positive, answered my questions, allowed me to look at my Brakes demonstrating the measurement taken and that they will soon need to be replaced.
I have taken my Ford to the Quick Lane center for oil changes and maintenance for years. They are great about getting my car in and serviced without much of a wait. There are occasional items that need attention but I don't feel like they are always trying to upsell. Morgan is my go to at the service desk. I trust her and she is good about giving me options. Great customer service! Last week she helped me decide on new tires.
Changing from 5 stars to 2 stars. This place really went downhill since my original post 2 years ago Morgan is always friendly and helpful but unfortunately the repair guys are not doing their job right, last 4 visits nothing but issues then they charged $110 for a lightbulb that was put in backwards. Seems like they are just out for the money instead of their loyal customers these days. After 10 years giving them my business, I am going somewhere else
Mark Lawson and the rest of the staff were great to work with. They answered any questions my wife had about her new Maverick. I would recommend Mark to anybody that wants to be a car. He was great with showing my wife how the inside of the car operated with the touch screen.
