I had an oil change done and they changed the drain plug. After a couple days I noticed I was leakng oil and returned to Quicklane and was informed my oil pan needed replaced ($1500.00) because the threads on the oil pan drain were worn out. This is new to me because In my opion threads go bad by over torquing or cross threading.
Always makes me nervous thinking about buying a new vehicle with the price as well as the technology on the new vehicles. After all what does a person need? Sometimes simple is better. My experience with Jan at the dealership was outstanding she really took the time to go over things and explain the differences. Very pleased with my experience and love my new car!

(3-8-25 update on original review) I have received my $1,044 dollars for the unauthorized charges back to me from this dealership. They labeled the check as “refund for installation of door guards” Not once ever were door guards discussed with me. I left a voicemail for Chad Wilson at Wilson ford who is general manager of midland ford on January 30th and still have not heard back from him.
