Midland family Physicians office dropped me as a patient after 34 years because I took a job working out of town, I wish I was kidding. This is not a patient centered office anymore. This office was great for years, but the new management has flushed patient safety and care down the toilet. Most of the Drs in this office quit last year. I’ve been going here for about 8-9 years now. The last year or so I’ve been having a lot of issues, appointments being canceled on me 10 minutes before I get inside, but especially with sending my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, I’ve called about 4 times now and it still hasn’t been fixed when I’m told it’s been addressed.
Waited over an hour past appointment time to see doctor since they were running behind. I was rushed through my wellness check, quickly brushed over my blood test results and didn’t even get to ask and address other issues that I had waited months to ask about. Everyone was nice though but other than getting my tetanus shot, it was a waste of time.
Always professional, friendly and thorough the staff ,doctors and PA’s are the best. I never have had any issues during any of my visits and I have used them from their beginning.They work hours that are convenient for people who live a distance away and are very comfortable to be around at all hours. Answered all questions so the patients can understand. Give advise and never make you feel like your questions are not important. They are the best. Thank you for being there.
