As usual over many years : courteous and prompt ; the procedure went well with informed and helpful advice on its continuation.
I was well looked after from my first visit! Wonderful staff, all friendly, kind & caring! The nurse who looked after me so well for my surgery was Saroj. She is so lovely & helped me feel at ease!! I highly recommend Midland Eye!! ❤️
After my mother has had both her eyes operated on she has had no end of issues with infections. She was left for weeks with no follow up appointments taking place. It took myself and my sister to call before she got anywhere. I feel that my mother has not had the best treatment at all. She has been left with very sensitive eyes she now has to wear sunglasses all the time and they just keep telling her it’s normal. We have not had a very good experience at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Brilliant service, excellent care, no waiting!
All the staff are lovely and very professional. I felt totally at ease with the procedure which seems to have gone far better than I expected. Excellent experience and all is well with my vision. I feel like I have a new lease of life!
