Great installers. Impressive patio door. A wonderful experience!
Overall, the installation went OK. We did have some quality issues but those were professionally taken care of. More care needs to done to minimize dust inside the house by sectioning off areas with drop cloths. The installers were on time, courteous, and easy to work with.
We are very happy with our new windows; the quality is outstanding! The crew (Dirx, Tristan, Justin, Nick, Nathan, and Chad) who did the install were professional, pleasant to talk to, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure to answer ALL our questions. Dirx and Justin (I believe) even assisted us with getting our blinds back up after the other guys had left. We truly appreciate working with such a professional group. We couldn't be more pleased with the job Jamie, Dirk and Justin did on our bay window and sliding patio door! They were friendly, very hard working and extremely professional. They had to work in 90 degree heat which didn't slow them down. We highly recommend Midland Exteriors!
This company is top notch. They were very responsive with any questions we had about our new windows and we were 100% satisfied with all of their work. A++. I would recommend Midland to everyone.
