Recently moved to Midland and looking to establish myself as a patient with a primary care physician in the area. I made a phone call to find out if they accepted my insurance and if they were also accepting new patients. When I called the doctor answered the phone because unbeknownst to me it was his cell phone that he put online in addition to the office phone number so that his patients can contact him. Wonderful experience! I called to see if they would be able to get my elderly father in for fluids as he was dehydrated so I wouldn't have to take him to the ER. We were able to make an appointment and did not have to wait. The staff and Dr. John were all amazing! Very kind and thoughtful people.
This place is ran like a business, not an urgent care. I started a new job 2 months ago and I don’t have my new health insurance information yet. They wanted me to pay 60$ upfront just to be seen. I told them I don’t have the money and they turned me away. Money over patient care, it should be the other way around in my opinion.
