The unprofessional responses to the negative reviews on the page say it all. Less than desirable service from people who are less than desirable as well. But, wish you all well (since that’s a popular response that you give customers who are unhappy with the care/service provided to them at your facility.)
I have to disagree with many of the 1 star reviews being left for this office. Specifically, one review states that the ONLY response left is “wish you well.” Maybe she doesn’t realize that healthcare offices are at a disadvantage when responding to reviews because they cannot discuss specific details about those appts, which would give a clearer picture as to what really happened.
