He was good two years ago when I got my horses teeth floated but my horse got sick all I paid for was a blood work he never called me to follow up or to give any meds when I told him he was not eating n in pain

Waited HOURS on him to come out and take a look at my horse. Appointment was at 5 pm. At 5:45, I called him to see if he was coming out. He said he got caught up with another client (understandable) and would be out to meet me in 15 minutes. At 7pm, after two HOURS of waiting on him to show or call, I went home. I get that equine vets are very busy and the clients are sometimes more difficult than small animals, but seriously? I never received a call or anything. Didn’t even try to reschedule. Very good vet I have no complaints at all. I'm thankful that he does farm calls.
