Once again, they knocked it out of the park. My wife was sideswiped by another driver last night. Her and my daughter were okay but her car is pretty beat up. After we found out the other driver was uninsured, things just got worse. Liz, Kyle and Austin were great with us as they always are. They took care of everything and are making the process painless. Austin even reached out to me personally to check on the girls. We will NEVER use any other insurance agency, you just can’t put a value on everything they do for us.
I have had my insurance needs met through Midland Empire Insurance for many years. I have always received expedient, courteous and professional service. Recently, I received a personal phone call from Midland informing my my current insurance plan was going out of business and would expire the following month. They were proactive in contacting me prior to official notification from that company and assured me they would be actively looking for a comparable plan through other companies and would keep me apprised.
