Midland Empire Insurance is an absolute lifesaver! I've worked with them several times with accidents (in the past and recently) and I have always been treated with respect and the utmost professionalism. Dustie and Liz have both been so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns that I have had and I'm glad to work with them for my car insurance!

Once again, they knocked it out of the park. My wife was sideswiped by another driver last night. Her and my daughter were okay but her car is pretty beat up. After we found out the other driver was uninsured, things just got worse. Liz, Kyle and Austin were great with us as they always are. They took care of everything and are making the process painless. Austin even reached out to me personally to check on the girls. We will NEVER use any other insurance agency, you just can’t put a value on everything they do for us.
