Brought in my diesel BMW as they were the only shop within 200 miles that would work on it - and thankful they did. Communicative, responsive, and solid work. Not sure if they'll want to work on it again...but if something new happens, they'll be my first call.
Second time in this shop. Went back because they had integrity and communication. Had my truck there early by a few days, we weren't in a huge hurry but...it was more than a month and no word, wife called and got that they were short staffed and fell behind, which is fine please update us. It was 3 total months to replace a couple solenoids, do the brakes and replace the power steering pump and hoses and only knew this because we kept calling every couple weeks.
