Gave my daughter the wrong remains totally inexcusable took 3 weeks to get remains back when doctor have 72 hrs to sign death certificate the manager in the store is very rude screams and yells. Run the other way

I went to pick up what I thought was my husband’s ashes yesterday. I was given the remains of someone else’s loved one. I , in the beginning did not realize the mistake until I was half way home, who as a grieving widow was obviously very distraught and overcome by my grief and began to cry when I was handed who I thought was my husband. When I realized the mistake and I called to inform them that they had given me the wrong ashes, the lady in the office was very uncaring and unapologetic about the situation and basically in... read more
