Gave my daughter the wrong remains totally inexcusable took 3 weeks to get remains back when doctor have 72 hrs to sign death certificate the manager in the store is very rude screams and yells. Run the other way

I went to pick up what I thought was my husband’s ashes yesterday. I was given the remains of someone else’s loved one. I , in the beginning did not realize the mistake until I was half way home, who as a grieving widow was obviously very distraught and overcome by my grief and began to cry when I was handed who I thought was my husband. Did not have a good experience at all. Money hungry and insensitive to the whole situation. Very business transactional and not respectful of the situation at all.
