My std test results in a HIPPA comaint. We need to not discriminate against patients who are there for positive sexual health. They shouldn't be ridiculed in this setting. I brought a partner with me and he got ran off. This isn't good for public health. I haven't ever had my complaint followed up with.
The front receptionist is less than professional or comfortable. I will be going elsewhere.
My husband and I had an excellent experience receiving our Covid-19 and flu vaccines together. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, both on the phone prior to our arrival and in person during our visit. They were happy to patiently answer our questions and offer guidance, all with a caring and warm demeanor. Even the injections were a breeze; by far the quickest and most comfortable we've had. I highly recommend this location for all your vaccination needs.
shout-out to Annie in the immunization clinic. as a nurse, I admit we can sometimes be the toughest clients. Annie was delightfully patient with ALL my questions. we received great care! thanks for what you do.
