Very professional from the initial engineer site visit to the job completion. Quote sent within a day and date agreed swiftly agreed with the engineer turning up on time. My wife suffers badly with anxiety but Mike swiftly removed her fears, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, although he never stops smiling and singing 😁😁 Job completion on time and all related paperwork sent swiftly from their office. Would certainly recommend this company and after all you should chose local, better support and after sales.
I cannot fault Midland Central Heating, my old boiler failed during a freezing January and the company I was using at the time to service & cover my old boiler could not replace without a long wait, I called MCH and they managed to replace my boiler the following day, staff are friendly as are their engineers. MCH service my boiler annually which they also remind me of, I’m very happy with their service and I would highly recommend to anyone.
Had my gas combi boiler installed by MCH a few years ago and have continued using them since for annual service . Could not fault them. The clarity of the quote, timeliness ans quality of the work was very good. They send an annual reminder for the service and have never missed an appointment. I definitely recommend them .
Fantastic service received throughout the process. Initial survey completed by Rob who was super friendly and knowledgeable. The quote came back quickly and was very reasonable. Work was completed mainly by Mike over three days, with a couple of different guys (who's names I unfortunately can't remember) coming with him on the first and second day. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and the whole install has gone off without a hitch. Would recommend Midland to anyone who needs a new boiler.
