Poor business man very manipulative and has made us wait for more than a year to make repairs on carpet installed by his under qualified Individuals who could not even speak English. He is cheap and is only concerned with making a sale. The carpet is. Still not repaired and it appears I will have to take this to court to have the situation remedied.
