I imagine these people to be super villains of some sort. This firm is overseeing a “development” in Cold Spring Kentucky, demolishing acres of land and long standing houses to put in the fourth grocery store in a two mile radius. Their speciality seems to be ugly and unnecessary strip malls, in places I doubt they know little or care about. Profit over people and land — and all that for a grocery store we don’t need!
