Jim Legrett was recommended by divorce settlement court. With countless calls that he never responded to for weeks, the lawyers finally reached out. Still a week went by, finally called him again and he texted me back and we set up an appt for the following week. He canceled his appraisal 20 minutes before he was suppose to be here at the house.
