I came to this practice because of intense back pain, over all I would not recommend this practice. I saw dr Caruso and dr Areson they each were fine & the receptionist very kind. But amount they charge is just wrong and their treatment didn’t help me heal. I was charged $800 for a back brace! I didn’t get the bill until weeks later, by then it was too late to return it they have a two week return policy. Thx to them I can walk again. Everyone there is so helpful & caring. Dr Caruso was extremely knowledgeable & told me exactly what I needed. He recommended me to Dr St. John & now I can walk again without so much pain. This place was superior to any place I went to in Hackettstown or anywhere else.
The front desk personnel are A+ on their game. Assistant med staff also know their job well. The Dr. knew of the ailment & made simple suggestions like it's supposed to be. We got a winner facility with great staff.
