Just walked out of my first visit (exam, X-rays, and cleaning) and loved it. The staff is warm, welcoming, and very helpful with scheduling. I was taken back within minutes and everything started right away. Dr. Karim Elmorshedy was excellent, he made the visit stress and pain free, and it was probably the best cleaning I’ve ever had. The doctors nurses and staff are unbelievably wonderful very helpful. No pain. It’s a wonderful place for everybody should be going here. They are extremely professional also Very accommodating!! Marie thank you for making me smile again!
Terrible experience! My son had a broken tooth. We went for treatment. I was asked to pay the co-pay in advance which I agreed. Counter staff told the co-pay is $475 but I have to pay $491 using credit card just because their machine adds extra $16 extra. I have not encountered any such incident before!!!! Strange enough and the clinic refused to charge exact $475 on credit card and we had to return without the treatment.
Dr. Karim Elmorshedy is doing my implants and this is the 1st round. I was suppose to get 2 1st, but he did 3 in a hour and half. Although it was painful AFTER (not while he was doing it) the numbing went away. But I am healing nicely. It’s been 2 weeks. I do have to say that everyone I have interacted with here has been amazing. From front desk to the dental assistant. Very pleasant and friendly. The service here 10 out 10.
