Horrible Front Office – Rude, Dishonest, and Unprofessional If I could give zero stars, I would. The front desk at this office is completely disorganized, rude, and dishonest. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Alexis while checking out, and I have never been treated so poorly by a medical office. At 10 AM, my husband called to cancel his appointment because he had a fever, chills, and a bad sinus infection. I first met Dr. Raissi a few months ago, and I knew right away that he would be a fantastic dentist. His expertise, professionalism, and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease.
