Terrible service - gave me a VERY hard time with a product return and resisted issuing the credit once the return item was received. STAY AWAY!
After placing a order and not receiving for two weeks I emailed customer service. I then waiting another two weeks emailed again. All contact initiated by me and was never told why my processed order was never delayed. To be fair I received an email from customer service saying that they do not normally stock this item but no apology was offered nor any explanation why they would post something they cant provide. If and when I ever get a response from customer service, or at least some one to answer the phone or my e-mails, I will not order from this company again. I have been trying to check on the status of an order that should have arrived at least a week ago and can't get any response to my e-mails or an answer on their phone number. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
