The only reason I give 1 star is for the beautiful Canadian product which is uniquely great. The only thing this company lacks is any commitment to customer service. Do not expect calls to be answers, submitted orders to be processed or any personal contact that doesn’t amount to a run around. A total lack of customer service….so much for their guiding principle of customer service! A total disappointment for trying to support a Canadian company.
Does not return phone call or answer the phone. Poor way of doing business
10/10 recommend these guys great sales and service the products they supply are amazing!!
We at the Tweed Peace Project in Tweed Ontario are very excited for our 8 ft obelisk that is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. We expect the whole town to be there! Can’t wait!
If you are looking for quality products , choose Midhurst Granite . Their Muskoka Grey mist transformed our property. It’s gorgeous! I highly recommend Midhurst Granite
